What’s the role?

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Manager is accountable for the value delivery of AI and data analytics products to the business in order to maximize/optimize profits.

You will set the product vision, bring forward the best AI / Analytics technology/solutions to solve business problems (e.g. technology and innovation funnels), cocreate the product roadmap and success metrics, fulfill the product lifecycle within Enterprise compliance and controls framework, create value delivery through product development, perform financial management, and set the right product environment and mindset for the product team.

Your accountabilities as the AI Product Manager will also include:

• Develop and execute product strategies that leverage Gen AI and machine learning to solve business problems (e.g. Gen AI for data discoverability, facilitate business decisions, identify causal effect of price fluctuations etc.)

What we need from you

• Organize and implement the quality responsibility system, carry out CONQUAS management, and coordinate construction production safety and environmental management.
• Chair daily project production meetings, confirm the day's production status, promptly solve related issues, and plan the next day's production.
• Responsible for coordinating the working relationships with company functional departments, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.
• Organize the application, development, and summary of new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new standards.
• Responsible for the management, coordination, evaluation, and assessment of the project department staff as per the branch office's requirements.
• Responsible for the training and development of backup talent according to the needs of the branch office and the project department.

1、负责现场的生产安排及人员、劳力调配，安排各期的材料、机械设备，指挥和组织解决工地现场存在的各类问题，处理工地发生的突发事件及劳工纠纷；

2、负责组织项目成本核算工作，包括原材料核算、机械费核算、人工费核算、管理费核算、能源费核算及其它费用核算，实施项目成本管理，确保公司计划利润的实现；

3、负责安排每月工程量统计与核算，负责对职工考勤和工人工资报表的审核监督；

4、负责组织编制施工组织设计、进度计划、安全技术措施等，主要负责控制总工期；

5、组织落实质量责任制，开展CONQUAS管理，协调施工生产安全环境管理；

6、主持每天项目生产会议，落实当日生产情况，及时解决相关问题，布置次日生产；

7、负责协调与公司职能部门、各分包商、材料供应商等的工作关系；

8、组织新技术、新工艺、新材料、新标准的应用、开发及总结工作；

9、按照分公司要求，负责对项目部管理人员的管理、协调、考核、评价等工作；

10、按照分公司要求和项目部发展需要，负责后备人才培养工作。

Performance Measurement

1. Able to take the initiative in work based on the actual needs of project construction and site management, with the main work meeting higher-level requirements.
2. Ensure that all files, documents, and reports compiled and submitted are accurate and timely.
3. Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively, with production coordination and management in place, avoiding disputes and disorder.
4. Ensure that the project contract, schedule, quality, cost, and safety environment meet company requirements, with no major work mistakes or production accidents.
5. Ensure the project department's internal management is orderly, with harmonious relationships among employees, and high motivation for production and work.
6. Having 10 years of experience in LTA (Land Transport Authority) engineering is preferred.
