Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all hotel/departmental policies and procedures.

• Prepare Daily Revenue Report

• Ensure that all revenue transactions are takenup correctly, properly supported and reconciled.

• Investigate all discrepancies and make necessary adjustments (if any).

• To check guest in-house rate check report, variances must be explained by Front Office

• Complimentary & House use room must with appropriate supporting document

• Monitor discount procedures and special programs to ensure compliance with guidelines established. Verify that programs involving coupons, certificates and vouchers are valid and duly accounted for.

• Ensure that all voided checks, rebates, paid outs and miscellaneous charges are properly approved and supported.

• Reconcile operator charges to ensure that all guest and internal calls are charged correctly.

• Audit daily collection against the General Cashier’s Daily Report and bank-in slips.

• Liaise with the Accounts Executive to confirm the accuracy of the Guest, City Ledger and COMO related charges.

• Verify that officer checks (duty meals), F&B entertainment checks are processed according to the procedure.

• Ensure all Income report was check and compile Daily Pack are submitted on daily basis

• To maintain master file of complimentary and prepaid voucher issue to guests/clients

• Assist the Accountant with the month-end closing as specified.

• Assist in process improvements, ad-hoc projects

• Support in any other ad-hoc task.

Other requirements:

• Have a strong knowledge in Opera and POS

• Familiar in using Sun System

• At least 2 years’ experience in a hotel environment

• Min Diploma in Accountancy

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Position

As an experienced IT Project Management Officer, you will be in charge of the PMO activities for IT Production Services, and will be part of the Project management services team.

The PMO is responsible for assisting and supporting the senior management of the department in their day to day activities. This primarily involves the follow up and drive transverse activities, sourcing and reporting (among others). He/She works closely with senior managers of the entity and interacts frequently with other stakeholders based in Singapore and other regions where required.

The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication and relationship with all of the department teams and partners.

Main responsibilities

Reporting and Quality Assurance

• Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
• Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support ISAP transversal projects.
• Setup an adhoc governance for each and every topic/project to ensure a good coordination and follow-up with the main stakeholders
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting the bank standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines

Governance

• Provide support to the management during governance meeting
• Backup Head of Department on Business Continuity Plan exercices (BCP), crisis management, permanent control governance, administrative activities etc.

Coordination with other groups

• Collaborating with other department Heads to define, prioritize the projects
• Provide support on HR matters, ensuring hiring and onboarding are carried out smoothly
• Coordinate with Admin department for booking travel, supplies and office materials

Change, collaboration and process

• Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with the company's compliance, security rules and controls
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
• Facilitate project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department
• Initiate processes for transverse activities such as new joiner onboarding, compliance monitoring, etc.

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

• Working in Banking environment and / or international organization will be an advantage
• Good understanding of an IT organisation and ecosystem
• Experienced in PMO activities or in a project management role (minimum of 5 years)

Technical

• Highly proficient with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel (pivot table), MS Project
• Capablility to producie high quality PowerPoints Dcouments in terms of design and content
• Advanced Excel (VBA) and Power Point proficiency. 3+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining data models
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface with various levels of stakeholders
• Speaking French is an advantage
