MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire and develop sales opportunities through combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Diligently follow up and close sales opportunities.
• Facilitate the smooth flow of information from client enquiry to order purchase, going above and beyond to ensure the excellent delivery of product and service that meet/exceeds client expectations.
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
• Conduct sales presentation to new clients and refreshers for existing ones.
• Attend to client feedbacks and complaints, providing prompt solutions to resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction.
• Negotiate agreements and keep up-to-date records of sales and client data.
• Explore and attend internal and external networking events, trade shows and product exhibitions to establish and understand market’s perception of brand image.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for internal review.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss and identify clients’ communications needs
• Work closely with the wider consortium to deliver 360 solutions
• Identify client growth opportunities
• Help ensure campaigns reach their performance goals

Qualifications

• Experience in an advertising agency environment is essential

• Understanding of branding and communications preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

1. Processing of data using in-house system.
2. Processing of documents and receipts.
3. Checking and verifying records.
4. Liaising with associates in verification of details.
5. Handling incoming calls, enquiries and emails.
6. Handling enquiries on payment.
7. Processing of commission payment using in-house system.
8. Assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties when required.

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE “O" level with administrative experience.
2. Meticulous and has good interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in MS Excel/Word.
4. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
5. Able to interact effectively with people at all levels and be a team player.
6. Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately or within short notice.
