Job Responsibilities:

1. Personnel recruitment and training.

2. Establishment and supervision of attendance system.

3. Performance appraisal, salary payment.

4. Organize and carry out activities and assist in the annual meeting: Responsible for organizing and carrying out various employee activities on a regular basis and assisting in the company's annual meeting.

5. Other work: Assist the project manager to carry out other work.

• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act
• Assist in investigating and inspecting any accident and potentially dangerous occurrence within worksite
• Liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health, and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
• Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture
• Reporting to the Senior EHS Manager
• Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures
• Participate and involve in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 implementation and audit
• Responsible for implementation of projects’ safety and health management system
• Ensure all works performed on site is done in safe manner and supervise other safety supporting staff and general workers
