Objectives of this Role

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs

• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

• Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

• Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
• Identify, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

Job Requirements

• Professional experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in IT/Technology/ Engineering domain

Taking care of the daily operations

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. As the person in charge, you’ll help the site managers provide high-quality property management services and plan the site’s daily operational activities.
