Are you passionate about bridal fashion and ready to take on a dynamic role in our boutique? We are looking for a dedicated and creative Boutique Assistant Intern to join our team at Afterpartybride.

Responsibilities:

• Independent Work Ethic: Manage day-to-day operations at Afterpartybride with minimal supervision.
• Fashion Design Skills: Must be currently studying a designer course with the ability to illustrate gown designs.
• Sales-Driven: Meet and exceed minimum sales targets.
• Client Interaction: Assist brides in bespoke appointments, especially with technical alterations.
• Communication: Effectively convey alteration instructions to the seamstress.
• Full Care of Operations: Oversee and manage the entire boutique's daily operations.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a fashion or designer course with strong gown illustration skills.
• Ability to work independently and commit to at least one year with us.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Experience or interest in bridal fashion and bespoke tailoring.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between clients and seamstresses.

Full time dental clinic assistant required to work 5 days :

Mon, Wed and Fri 10-8pm

Tues and Thurs 10-6pm

Duties include reception work, assisting dentist, sterilization and general cleaning. Experience preferred but not necessary as on-the-job training will be provided. Only Singaporeans able to commit for minimum 6 months should apply. Independent, patient and caring persons able to communicate with both elderly and young children will be well suited in our cosy dental clinic.

The duties of a Healthcare Assistant are:

1. Assist non-ambulant and semi-ambulant residents with their toilet needs and mobility.

2. Bathe frail residents and those who need assistance in showering.

3. Shave and cut hair for residents regularly, and ensure their finger and toenails are trimmed once a week.

4. Supervise and assist residents in handwashing before each meal.

5. Refer residents' medical problems to the Duty PCO and nursing staff and accompany them to hospitals and polyclinics for their medical appointments.

6. Accompany residents for outings and briskwalk.

7. Serve food and drinks to residents at meal times and to wash their utensils after meals.

8. Clean and disinfect the residents' dormitories and general areas daily.

9. Perform any other duties as directed by the Home Management team and Duty Officers.

1. Performs all works assigned by the Project Director/Associate/Architect/Team Leader to meet the established project objectives (quality and standards) diligently.

2. Reporting to Project Associate/Director on all matters pertaining to design, technical and building code issues.

3. Assist in documentation during Conceptual & Detail Design Development stage.

4. CAD or manual drafting of sketch drawings.

5. Understanding & applying Building Regulations as directed by the Project Associate/ Architect.

6. Able to support, prepare and co-ordinate Autocad / BIM drawings for authorities' submissions via Corenet / Portal

7. Liaising with Consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.

8. Attending Consultants/Site Meetings on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.

9. Works and coordinates with fellow team members on collective assignments.

10. Familiar with local code, regulation, and authority submission

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (or other relevant design software). PowerPoint and sketchup for presentation will be advantaged.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.
• Possess excellent technical design skills with an eye for details.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design with a good knowledge of building materials.

Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience will be preferred.
