Responsibilities:

• Handle all correspondence related to common property, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.
• Maintain and manage comprehensive records and files, including correspondence, documents, architectural drawings, and materials related to activities.
• Keep an up-to-date register of property owners and tenants within the Ang Mo Kio community.
• Assist in procuring and managing insurance policies such as fire, public liability, work injury compensation, and other relevant insurances, following directives.
• Notify of any notices received from governmental bodies or individuals and provide copies when required.
• Oversee and regulate the usage of common property and recreational facilities, granting approvals for use in line with policies.
• Issue notices to property owners, tenants, or individuals for compliance with or rectification of breaches in bylaws.
• Facilitate applications and liaise with Government Departments and authorities on matters requiring official approval or intervention.
• Manage applications for permits, waivers, and handle appeals, ensuring they align with guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level in any field with 1 year of administrative support experience
• Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Convert sample into end use products

· To prepare applications sample for perfumers, marketing, SDM according to standard lab protocol to ensure that samples are done in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of IFF internal customers and external customers

· To prepare consumer test samples and liaise with FDS on logistic details

· To maintain all laboratory equipment and tools in proper working conditions

· To maintain stock of all Laboratory supplies for daily use.

· To Maintain good Housekeeping in the laboratory

· To be able to use SAP tools to open and close task, to register and generate base no and update base stock

· To guide new interns on board with sample preparation protocol
