• Assign responsibilities to subordinates by implementing a multi-tasking principle and check their

Qualifications:

• Certificate from a recognized Hotel Training School (or Culinary Institution) or an appropriate amount of progressive work experience to waive academic qualifications.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of working experience in a supervisor position in a 4 / 5-star category hotel.

• Knowledge of religious dietary requirements and Singapore Laws required.

• Services and kitchen production flow of Ministry of Environment standard required

- Maintain employee records such as the personal files, etc. and ensures that such records are kept up-to-date. Prepare documents for new employees.

- Monitor due dates for confirmation, retirement, medical checkup, etc. and sends reminders as appropriate.

- Answer queries from employees regarding leave entitlement, rates of pay, company doctor’s procedures and other personnel related matters.

- Assist in other specific areas such as administration of medical insurance claims, application for work permits and employment passes, etc.

- Salary Administration. Calculate employees’ salaries including any overtime pay, deductions and accurately process monthly payroll.

- Provide information on employees’ salaries and labour costs as and when required.

- Complete and submit appropriate forms to external agencies such as CPF Board, Income Tax Department, SDF, Mindef, etc.

- Answers questionnaire forms on salaries and other personnel-related matters sent to company by government agencies (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) and other organisations.

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Credit Control & Accounts Executive.

Job Scope:

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts
• Follow up and communicate with customers
• Review and process new customer account applications
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues
• Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder and confirmation letters
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations
• Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ
• Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms
• Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit
• Act as key AR and billing liaison person for overseas shared service centre
• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers

Requirement:

• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• SAP working experience is preferred but not necessary
• Working experience with Letters of Credit is desired but not mandatory
• Communicate with customers and insurer tactfully and professionally
• Prioritize issues, have sense of urgency and ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working closely with different departments and shared service centre simultaneously
