Responsibilities:

• Provide support to technical department
• Coordinate surveys and ensure records are updated
• Work closely with technical superintendents for maintenance jobs
• Ensure vessel handover is smooth for current vessels and new builds
• Support superintendent for dry docking and ensure that repairs are within budget
• Coordinate with the vessels and various departments and other contractor services
• Get approval for superintendent, fleet managers and directors for all repairs
• Follow up on all documentation with contractors and vendors after completion of dry dock
• Ensure all certificates are up to date and comply with company procedures and policies

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marine Engineering
• Min 2 years work experience in Oil trading industry and in similar roll
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Good communications skills

Job Description:

• To assist with receiving guests into the restaurant including answering reservations via telephone.
• To serve food courses & alcoholic beverages (whenever needed) to guests.
• To assist guests regarding menu items in an informative & helpful way.
• To assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
• To maintain cleanliness of work areas, chinaware, glassware, etc throughout the day.
• To handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and operate the cash register or POS system in compliance with company policies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in similar capacity.

As Assistant Operations Manager, you will manage a team of clinical staff, to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, successful regulatory compliance, continuous performance improvement, and effective fiscal management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising staff and ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clinic.

• Ensure safe and efficient patient flow.

• Lead or participate in programs aimed to improve process and workflow.

• Working with other teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the organisation.

• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows, enhance patient care processes and service quality
