2) Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation

3) Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order

4) Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills

5) Liaise with auditor and tax agent (e.g. Filing of Annual returns, filing and renewal of Nominee Director's License)

6) Processing S -Pass and E-Pass application

7) Banking matters

8) Responsible for ensuring customer payment is paid on time

9) General office tasks such as filing, data entry and documentation of maintaining and update records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
