The Accounts Executive – Revenue Audit’s core responsibilities are audit in the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.

What will I be doing?

As the Accounts Executive – Revenue Audit, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Audit the daily revenue figures, supporting reports and vouchers as well as audit the daily General Cashier’s Report.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Abilities to handle simple full set of accounts include reconciliation.
• Processing of vendor invoices in FMCG Retail sector.
• Processing of payment run for all modes of payments.
• Performing bank clearing, vendor reconciliations, etc.
• Responsible for journal entries for AP function.
• Assisting and attend in month end closing and liaising with other teams as required.
• Client billing reconciliations and validation, reviewing goods receipt reports, verifying petty cash claims, settle vendors’ issues on invoices including credit notes, stock take and asset reports, vendors’ invoice postings in ERP
• Perform internal audit of transactions and processes to ensure correct application of contractual requirements and compliance with key financial controls
• Ensure timely reporting of transactions for month-end closing by working closely with multiple departments in the account

Job Description:
• Handle full set of Accounts Receivable (AR) postings & receipts, process chasers / demand letters for long overdue ARs.
• Check & reconcile Project Progress Claims & Final Accounts against SAP AR records, and Clients’ statement of Accounts, and regular follow-up on collections from main contractors.
• Prepare monthly AR Aging report and Proposal of Provision for doubtful debts.
