• Making sure bookkeeping is in order and adhering to proper accounting standards which include managing all invoices, billing, and reconciliation-related matters.
• Establishing and enforcing proper internal control policies for finance and company assets
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements which include submission of monthly reports for key financial metrics analysis, expense and revenue analysis, and P & L for every revenue channels
• Managing statutory reporting, annual audits (internal & external), internal controls, tax compliance, etc
• Analyzing expense trends and identifying savings opportunities
• Managing financial ROI and key metrics for different sales channels
• Managing short-term and long-term budget planning and forecasting for different departments such as manpower, operations, sales, and so on.
• Manage the tax planning for the company
• Providing insights on cost/revenue structure for competitive companies in the industry and informing business decisions on where to invest next for business success
• Supporting other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned

You MUST have -

• A Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any relevant professional qualifications (ACCA/CA)
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a management role in finance, both internally and externally
• Have a strong ownership mentality and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Accounts Executive（ID2103）
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
Salary: $2500-$3500++

Job Description
• Involved in accounts payable and accounts receivables functions, including, but not limit to, the following:
-Posting of supplier invoice and petty cash claim
-Prepare payment schedule and process payments using cheques, GIRO, bulk payments, telegraphy transfer
-Monthly statement of accounts circulation to all receivables
-Daily cash collection
• Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing for intercompany and monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Provide timely analysis on AR aging and perform reconciliation between operating and accounting system
• Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment and receipt issues effectively and efficiently
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

Requirement
• At least 2 year working experience in the accounting field
• O level/A level/Certificates/LCCI or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred
• Willing to learn, positive attitude, meticulous and able to work independently on own initiative under tight timelines
• Able to work under fast pace environment and perform OT when required.
• Preferably to be able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
