Position: Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day accounting activities and group/statutory reporting of 2-3 entities. We're looking for a dynamic individual with strong competencies and technical skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Invoicing & Collections
• Accounts Payable: Record supplier/consultant invoices & payments
• General Ledger & Fixed Asset: Journals, reconciliations, month-end closing
• Statutory: GST & any other indirect tax returns, audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters
• Group reporting: Daily, weekly, monthly
• Liaise with project team, customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents & bankers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting & finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic accounting system would be an advantage
• Prior experience in outsourced accounting services company or MNC group finance handling multiple entities for advertising, consultancy, services will be highly relevant.
