• Verify vendor invoices & claims submitted by staff.
• Data entry and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims.
• Process cheque & GIRO payment.
• Reconcile Vendor's statement of account.
• Follow up on, collect and update payment.
• Attend to email / call enquiries on matters pertaining vendor invoices and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.

Job Scope

• Support duties related to accounts receivable (AR) functions
