• Prepare monthly/yearly reports, bank reconciliation, management reports, fixed assets registers and audit schedules
• Prepare corporate tax computations
• Prepare of compliance reports
• Generate payroll reports
• Review of accounts prepared by junior
• General Office administrative and Secretarial duties.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma/CAT/LCCI Certificate in Accounting/ Certificate in Business Studies/ Higher NITEC in Accounting/Pursue ACCA

· Minimum 2 years of experience in full set of accounts

· Proficient in Quickbooks accounting system and Microsoft Office

· Proficient in taxation will be an added advantage

· Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision and work with initiative

· Able to multi-task and work under pressure under tight deadlines.

· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred.

· Mature and Meticulous
