As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role as you will be responsible for the efficient

management of daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. This role reports to

the Assistant Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Account payable review including vendor payments (supplier invoice review, payment issuance, vendor account reconciliation, closure in Accounting System)
• Account receivable review including customer invoicing and payments (submission of invoices, sales receipt reonciliation, closure in Accounting System
• Inventory review including Monitor and maintain accurate financial records related to inventory
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for financial inventory control
• General responsibilities for example, to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, outlet retail team, etc.

Requirements:

- Min Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- At least 2- 3 years of proven experience accounts or related roles.

- Preferably from FMCG industry.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiar with accounting software like QuickBooks will be advantageous.

Our client is a Trading MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounts Executive to be part of their Accounts team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Town – easily accessible.

The Duties of Accounts Executive:

• Managing the entire account closing process, including the full spectrum of activities.
• Compiling financial analyses and reports for submission to headquarters and auditors.
• Maintaining and reconciling accounts on the balance sheet and general ledger.
• Assisting in the preparation for annual audits.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies identified during audits, addressing account discrepancies, and ensuring compliance.
• Preparation of federal, state, local, and special tax returns.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field
• At least 3-5 years of full spectrum accounts experience
