Job Description

● Perform accounting and general administrative tasks:-

1. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
2. Handle general expense bookkeeping and adjust entries as needed
3. Manage the accounting-related system to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
4. Extract and organize requested accounting data to meet reporting needs
5. Manage bank accounts and necessary administrative works
6. Draft and Manage the board resolution/meeting/agreement
7. Perform other general administrative tasks (e.g. liaising with banks or other vendors for KYC matters when required)
8. Assist in preparing withholding tax (ad-hoc basis; generally 1 or 2 times per year) and retrieving invoices
9. Handle accounts payable-related matters
10. Review and prepare payments for company expenses, including staff claims and corporate card expenses
11. Record and maintain payment lists in the accounting system.
12. Manage contracts/invoices
13. Audit support
14. Provide support during the external audit process
