• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of assets to client sites.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of outstanding payments.
• Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and General Manager on sales pipeline, progress, and strategies to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Target key sectors including construction sites managed by JTC, LTA, HDB, and other private entities.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated self-drive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to maintain a strategic overview while also building strong personal relationships with clients.
• Previous experience in sales is preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Technical knowledge or experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 2B driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
• Arrange maintenance of office equipment like facsimile machines, printers, photocopiers, and computers
• Maintaining and updating files and records
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and issuing checks, including scanning of invoices and other documents
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle partial of monthly accounts.
• Assist in Quarterly GST reporting and reconciliation
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments for local and overseas.
• Review and verify invoices before payment.
• Ensure accounts payable invoice and expenses claims are accurate, properly taken in, monitor prepayment and charge out according.
• Completeness of balance sheet schedules every month include reconciliation of payments, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Resolve invoice’s discrepancies issues and reconciliation report.
• Prepare journal voucher, ensure timely closing of AP.
• Liaise with different business unit for payment purpose.
• Prepare audit schedule and providing accurate and timely tax (GST)/ financial reports to relevant authorities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business and/or Accounting, LCCI qualification or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge and experienced in baisc accounting software
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to be flexible and dedicated to meeting reporting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment.
