Responsibilities:

• Assist in checking exam answer scripts.
• Support the verification of documents and validation of data via email, and zoom. This ensures efficient handling of the influx of applications. All applications to be attended to within 3 working days, so as to turnaround the offer timeline, and improve on conversion.
• To administer Payment Installments via System and communicate with students
• To assist with STP, Contract, and Payment communication, follow-up
• To assist with Info session registration, student data collation and communication dissemination
• To assist with administration, supporting the department work, until the vacant staff positions have been filled
• Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• GCE A level and above.
• Applicants must not know anyone studying in SIMGE programmes due to conflict of interest.
• Administrative and customer service experience preferred, as it will be customer facing
• Preferably with some accounting related experience e.g.. invoicing, billing, payment collection etc
• Preferably temp to start immediately and comfortable interacting with students (backend channels such as phone/email)

Job Description

• Making sure that all customers deadlines are met; to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Coordinate customers requirement with internal teams
• Able to handle our customers in various circumstances, even when they are being difficult
• Follow up closely on tight deadlines and ensure our teams can meet them
• Provide ideas and solution paths to customer and internal teams
• Meeting with customers and stakeholders where required to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions in services
• Analysing new project / program risks and feedback to management
• Attend conference calls with US and / or Europe customers when required.
• Work on the costing provided by procurement team to provide quotations to customers
• Track quotations that are sent and follow up on open items / statuses closely
• Any other duties assigned by the lead from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent.
• Working experience in Manufacturing Environment will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.), Outlook, PowerPoint.

Job Descriptions

• Processing Sales orders into OCi Accounting System.
• Generate Delivery Orders and Invoices for completed sales orders.
• Co-ordinate delivery of customer orders.
• Liaising with customers and vendors for payment activities.
• Perform Account receivable/payable function such as preparation of payments and update of payment vouchers into OCi Accountingsystem.
• Process Incoming Receipts into accounting system and generate SOA and monitor debtor’s payment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
• Filling of documents, and reports.
• Perform general clerical duties/ad hoc assignment.
• Other general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as; photocopier and telephone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application (particularly Excel and Word).
• Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
