• Process accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with purchase orders, delivery orders/goods receipts in Procure to Pay system.
• Ensure accounts payable invoices, petty cash and staff expenses claims are accurate and properly coded.
• Ensure GST recognition is incompliance with IRAS e-Tax Guide.
• Generates electronics (online) payments to vendors, ensure cheques are authorized and in line with Group Policy and processes.
• Verify vendor creation forms with necessary documents required for New Vendor creation in ERP system according to Group Policy.
• Prepare and update vendors’ reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Handling and resolving internal and external vendors’ inquiries and issues.
• Clear and reconcile unallocated payments in ERP systems promptly.
• Ensures completeness of balance sheet schedule on a monthly basis including reconciliation of payments, prepare analysis of accounts, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Investigate and resolve invoice/GRIR discrepancies.
• Assist in AP month end closing.
• Standardization of invoice and payment processing.
• Propose and improve internal process to achieve efficiency.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

• LCCI/ CAT/ ITE in Accountancy.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in handling AP matters.
• Autoline system experience is an advantage.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will gain experience across the consumer and B2B marketing field, focusing on events execution, marketing campaigns with exposure to digital marketing both influencing partners and end customer- in relation to content marketing for social media and B2B e-commerce. He/she will support the marketing and product teams in engaging customers, driving product and program awareness to meet business objectives through a variety of campaigns. Job Descriptions:

• Working closely with PMs as this role needs emphasis on managing a portfolio of smaller vendors, driving relationships, and exploring various demand creation activities that drives their partner engagement with business growth as top priority.
• Assist in general end-to-end marketing community campaign conceptualization and execution, including social media and e-commerce marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for managing his/her own via Marketing services, or packages creating demand and value for SG Marketing services.
• Assist in creating brand/promotion content and assets from conceptualization, simple copywriting, coordinating with design team for artworks/graphics to occasionally shooting own photography to post, creating motion graphics or short videos, creating infographics and concepting new ways to connect with our target audience.
• Drive community roadshows around a broader set of topics, pertinent to the business under the company brand and voice. =
• Think small scale events - packing vendor content and conceptualizing a compelling flow with basic storytelling, working with creative team keeping efforts brand compliant, co-ordination necessary event workshop set ups, including content, AV, F&B, premiums, and incentives working with existing suppliers, registrations, and eventual attendance, POE and post event communications, and all financial aspects of running an effective event.
• Facilitate the incentive programs for partners lending a hand with maintaining data on incentives and points, working with the program manager.
• Onboarding new partners, suppliers, as applies with standard contractual agreements signed between both parties.
• Building up our social account presence with assets including posting, sharing, engaging, and increasing digital marketing engagement.
• Plan and manage content calendars, day-to-day management of social account, active monitoring and responding to comments/enquiries.
• Provide administrative and marketing support as required from time to time.
