We are looking for highly independent and hands-on individual to join our operations team as CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE. You will be responsible for following:

Job Description:

· Permanent fulltime position, 5 days week

· Reporting to immediate supervisor in Operations

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Sales Order management:

o Sales and operational role on Customers’ orders, requirements and deliveries.

o Issuance of Sales quotations, Sales orders and Delivery orders.

o Ensure customers’ requirements and enquiries are executed and responded.

o Monitor and ensure timely deliveries to customers.

o Maintain good customer service relationship.

· Purchase Order management:

o Purchasing and operational role on Suppliers’ orders, requirements and deliveries.

o Sourcing for Supplier and Issuance of Purchase orders.

o Monitor and ensure timely deliveries from suppliers.

· Coordination of import/export shipment and local deliveries.

· Admin and any other assigned related duties.

Job skills and requirements:

· Good interpersonal, negotiation and coordination skills

· Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken) will be preferred

· Effective time management skills

· Customer oriented

· Able to work independently, multi-task and work cohesively

· Min. 3 years of related working experienceand background in Defence Aviation is preferred. Salary will commensurate with experience.

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Qualification: Diploma and above. Training will be provided for those below Diploma holder.

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6:10pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming phone calls.
• Process sales orders efficiently.
• Generate invoices, delivery orders, and relevant documents for dispatch. Compile monthly sales reports.

Job Description

• Manage employees’ monthly payroll and CPF submission
• Preparation of HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters, memos, and other correspondences.
• Handle the recruitment process including the arrangement of interviews, and placement of job advertisements.
• Handle employees’ tax filing/clearance
• Responsible for all work pass applications, renewal, and cancellations.
• Assist in employees’ training registration, and manage training records for all employees
• Manage employees’ insurance claims and workmen compensation (WICI)
• Maintaining employees’ database and leave records, including annual and medical leave
• Manage workers’ accommodation including check-in to, and check-out from dormitories, including arrangements upon workers' arrival in Singapore.
• Completing surveys from MOM and BCA;
• Handle vehicles accident (if applicable);
• All other ad hoc employees’ related matters

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
• Detail-oriented, strong work ethics when handling confidential matters, skilled in people management and negotiation
• Self-starter, go-getter and able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prompt in providing accurate data information
• Experience with Infotech HRM system will be an advantage
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office
• A candidate with less experience but potential may be considered as Assistant Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

· Data entry

· Liaise with overseas tax agents about withholding tax, monitor the process & application of withholding tax

· Explore and advice sales & presales manager on various countries tax related matters for overseas project billing

· Liaise with internal legal advisor from overseas parent company, review sales & purchase contracts in terms of payment and breach of contract clauses and preparing of contracts

· Dealing in project allocation cost and work in progress

· Preparing and keep track of the sub-contract flow between parent and subsidiary companies

· Liaise with other project managers, customers and etc. in respect of payments, collections and man-day follow up

· Assist Senior Accounts Executive with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements (if necessary)

· Any other ad-hoc accounting / administrative tasks as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

· Required language(s): English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts, such as China due to they are Mandarin speaker

· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position

· Required Skill(s): PROFICIENT in Microsoft Excel (advance level) is a MUST to generate various reports

· Hand on knowledge of SAP / Autocount software is an advantage

· Able to meet tight deadline & hands on experience

· Multi-tasking and could solve problem independently
