Accounts Executive ( Full Sets )

Salary: $ 3000 - $ 3200 (Depends on Work Experiences)
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Working location: Ang Mo Kio Ave

Key Objectives:
To performs accounting services and providing administrative support. Assist with the maintenance and updates of finance policies and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and implementing internal control procedure.
• Assist in the review and recommend new or improvements to finance work processes.
• Daily monitoring of inward transactions.
• Work closely with external counterparts for completion of monthly closing.
• Ensure accurate & timely submission of claims and prompt disbursements.
• Responsible for the processing of GIRO Application Forms and liaison with respective banks for approval.
• Provide reliable details for cashflow projections.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register along with regular asset count.
• Proper documentation of workflow and policies.
• Review AP ageing with long outstanding balances and follow-up closely for closure.
• Liaison with audit partners.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
• Ensures compliance with local government requirements
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting
• Able to maintain full set of account
• Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Level 1 support, maintenance and resolution of hardware and software issues related to end-user laptops, servers, printers , copiers, projectors and other network issues within the campus..

· Maintain and review IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts.

· Provide input for annual IT requirements planning and budgeting.

· Analyse, and evaluate system and users’ requirements and make recommendations for IT upgrades.

· Proactively identify acquisition opportunities of new innovation initiatives in line with the strategic objectives of the school.

· Undertake any other IT related assignment that may be given by the manager and/or his/her designate.

Requirements

· Diploma in Information Technology

· 1-2 years related experience

· Experience IT Executives can be considered for Senior position.

· Good understanding of Google Workspace ecosystem and Microsoft Office, HR and Financial Solutions & Antivirus software

· Familiarity with Server administration and switches configuration.

· Basic understanding of cyber-security

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

· Ability to support PCs/Printers/Projectors/IT Peripherals Setup and Maintenance.

· Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

· Strong communication skills with all team members.

· Attention to detail and focus.
