- Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
- Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
- Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays, 2 Weekends, 9.00AM to 6.30PM
- Able to commit for minimum 1 year
- $2,700-$4,300/Month (Inclusive of Regular Team Incentives)
- Base from $2,500-$3,500/Month & Monthly Incentives ($200-$800/Month)
- Management positions start from $4,000/Month base salary (for candidates identified with leadership potential)
- Clear Salary Progression & Annual Salary Review (Min 5-10%)

Job Description

1. To coordinate with Head office and customers for all sales & service-related matters.

2.To handle the following sales activities:

• Clarification of queries from customers, if needed
• Prepare price proposal to customers / conduct price negotiation when needed.
• Prepare Purchase order to Tokyo office / Generate sales order.
• Follow up delivery.
• Coordinate & arrange shipment.
• Generate Invoice / prepare delivery order (if applicable)
• Follow up payment schedule.

3. Other non-standard works such as assisting in applying Export License, Issuance of BG, submission of documents for LC payment etc.

4. Assist in traveling arrangement for sales staff / supervisors

• Flight arrangement
• Hotel-rooms reservation
• Airport Pickup and transport arrangement

5. General administrative works (such as filing, BizSafe activity, etc.)

Requirements

• Diploma (in any discipline), or higher.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in export and import goods handling by sea and air shipment (Experience working in import/export departments of machinery manufacturers or machinery trading companies preferred)
• Business level of written and reading English is required.

• Point of contact for current clients and freight forwarding service pricing inquiries.
• Respond to and help with RFQs from clients abroad.
• Create quotes and sales proposals according to the needs of the client.
• Follow up on the sales proposal and get client input to make it better.
• Respond to consumer complaints and find a solution.
• Assist the operations team in coordinating the RFQ's implementation.
• Analyzes consumer behavior from inquiries and feedback to help attract and keep clients.
• Get out of the office to close sales leads and network with current and potential customers. resourceful and creative, able to customize solutions to fit the needs of customers.
• Supports the creation of sales strategies by keeping an eye on competitors and producing and pursuing local and regional business leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Minimum 1 years of Sales experience in freight forwarding (Both Ocean and Air Freight)/ Logistics
• Outspoken and willing to acquire new knowledge about logistics and Freight Forwarding
• Sales-Driven, initiative, creative, problem solver & Self-motivated
• Able to multi-task and work independently
