• Manage office inventory, ensuring healthy stocks of supplies; first –aid,
• stationeries and pantry, ensure copiers’ trays are stocked
• Meeting room booking and management
• Manage simple office facilities matters such as lights, air-cons etc.
• Manage monthly landscaping maintenance arrangements

4. Mails Managements

• Receiving and sending incoming mails to relevant departments
• Handle outgoing mails and courier arrangement

5. Other ad-hoc or general affairs duties as assigned for payment of invoices

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing and supporting external vendor operation relations and performance.

Responsibilities

The Program in Translational and Clinical Liver Cancer Research is a dynamic enterprise within the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) that conducts leading clinical and translational research in primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)). Nested within the program is the Secretariat of the Asia-Pacific Hepatocellular Carcinoma (AHCC) Trials Group.
