• Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders;
• Manage and develop BIM protocol, standards and content (library);
• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;
• Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice;
• Provide internal BIM consultancy for projects within the firm.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture(Part II)/Structure/Mechanical or its equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
• Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
• Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage.
