Responsibilities

• Providing secretarial and administrative support for Directors and top management of the company, including expenses claims
• Coordinating all travel arrangements, including visa, transportation and accommodations
• Organizing and executing calendar events and supply reminders of upcoming meetings and events for all regional countries
• Assured discreet handling of all business for safety and confidentiality of business
• Primary point of contact and communicating comfortably but professionally with clients, employees, and vendors
• Handled all office management duties such as coordination of all local and international shipments, and ordering of office
• Involved in facilities management, including office cleaning & maintenance and liaison with building management matters
• Handle CEO various entities and projects.
• Handle administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs, pass applications, payroll, tax, etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Description

• Supporting Branch Manager with the development of the QMS system.
• Implementation and control of the QMS websites etc.
• Liaising with Trescal UK Group Quality Manager.
• Suspending all work in cases of concern or deviation from formal Quality methods/ processes.
• Formal documentation control.
• Implementation of quality improvements.
• Effective dissemination of the management system.
• Ensuring compliance with QMS and Health and Safety requirements.
• Internal auditing planning and authorisation.
• Undertaking auditing and reporting as necessary.
• Initiating and monitoring system improvements.
• Mentoring and monitoring auditor performance.
• Undertaking audit findings "Root Cause Analysis"
• Participating in/ monitoring the outcome of complaints and anomalies/ investigations.
• Quality system corrective actions arising.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) in quality assurance experience.
• Knowledge and maintain ISO 9001 QMS and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Able to conduct internal audit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous, self-started and able to work independently with initiative.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
