JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in resolving customer queries and improving service standards
• Ensure customer relationship function for short-term and long-term planning to promote growth and meet financial objectives
• Assist in maintenance of client portfolio and accounts
• Assist in following up on daily sales administration
• Assist in managing post-sales administrative
• Handle incoming client calls via company phone and mobile
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints/feedback via calls, text and emails
• Coordinate with operations team and customer to ensure tasks are properly scheduled and executed
• Maintain and accurately update customer details and transactions in the systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably diploma with at least 1 years in a sales administrative role
• Experienced handling customers' queries and complaints
• Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
• Prior experience in logistics industry will be advantageous
• 5.5 day (Alt Saturday, WFH)

Job Description

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the provision of end-to-end administration of at least 1 postgraduate medical program leading to NUS certifications. Your role encompasses project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You are also expected to provide secretariat support to Committees and Faculty staff, as well as collate data and statistics when necessary.
1) Manage and administer the assigned postgraduate program (s) including liaisons with all stakeholders.
• Plan and execute planned tasks within stipulated timelines and without show-stoppers
• Immediate escalation of issues (potential or otherwise) and resolution of any unforeseen problems and incidents that may happen
• Conduct debrief/feedback sessions for potential continuous improvements

2) Perform secretarial duties support to Family Medicine Committee(s) as well as to all stakeholders
• Accurate minutes of the meeting or file notes, preferably within 48 hours from the meeting/discussion
• Communicate unambiguously to provide and/or exchange both confidential and non-confidential information accurately in all situations while upholding NUHS core values as well as DGMS’ reputation and integrity as an exams Division

3) Responsible for the handling of all post-Exam /Course events and logistics including (where applicable) marks data-entry via Microsoft Excel, Board of Examiners’ meeting and reports.
• 100% accuracy in exam results and the names of students who will be conferred NUS degrees
• Compile and maintain accurate databases for questions and exam statistics and to provide them when requested

Qualifications

A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
• Effective communication (written and verbal)
• Problem-solving, and thinking on your feet skills
• A meticulous individual with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking abilities
