The Radiation Protection and Nuclear Science Group in NEA is the national authority for radiation protection in Singapore and serves to protect the public, radiation workers and the environment from the harmful effects of radiation. Its Regulation Division administers and enforces the Radiation Protection Act and Regulations through a system of licensing and inspections.

As a Receiving Executive, we rely on you to:

• Take charge of Receiving duties under the guidance of Superior
• Ensure proper handling of receiving duties in both its physical and recording aspects
• Proper maintenance and upkeep cleanliness in the Receiving and Loading Bay areas
• Comply to SFSMS standards at all times
• Assist and adhere to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management
• Assist and adhere to ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
• Assist with basic financial accounting and bookkeeping tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
• Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English
• Preferably has hospitality-related work experience
• Has strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
