Reporting to the Head of Events and Sponsorship, the responsibilities and essential job functions includes but not limited to the following:

1. Planning and organising of Club Events to continuously engage members and to take charge of several interest groups and sections under Member Engagement.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC (80%)

1. To develop and implement programmes/ activities directed at improving clinical quality and patient safety.

2. To promote, entrench, and communicate the principle and the methodology of continuous improvement in the quality systems and among all healthcare workers. To conduct relevant clinical quality training and review its effectiveness to meet these needs.

3. To facilitate and coordinate the hospital’s Clinical Quality Assurance programmes, including the monitoring of its deliverables as per its annual improvement & safety plan.

4. To assure compliance and is responsible for the maintenance of accredited systems such as Joint Commission International (JCI), including the monitoring and evaluation of the systems compliance through regular surveillance and audit.

5. To facilitate and coordinate the development of clinical pathways for the top DRGs and clinical outcomes in conjunction with the Quality Plan and programmes.

6. Is responsible to implement, monitor, collate, analyse, and generate report of the hospital-wide clinical performance indicators and measures for continuous improvement use.

7. Is responsible to submit timely report as required by external agencies/ regulatory bodies, such as MOH.

(B) GENERAL (20%)

Job Description

• To be responsible for managing F&B operations at all outlets as well as banquet sales and delivering an excellent members and guests’ experience.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, monitor and control food, beverage and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage department.
