You will manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, process staff claims, prepare quarterly GST reports, and assist in financial closings. Essential Functions

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): Handle customer communications regarding sales invoices and collections, record sales and collections transactions, and send statements of accounts to customers to facilitate collection efforts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP): Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices and payments, record supplier invoice and payment transactions, and validate Purchase Orders against received invoices.
• Deliver Results: Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Process Staff Claims: Manage and process monthly staff expense claims efficiently.
• Prepare Quarterly GST Reporting: Compile and prepare GST reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in Periodic Closings: Contribute to monthly and quarterly closing activities, including bank reconciliations, AR and AP aging reports, and balance sheet schedules.
• Complete Scheduled Tasks: Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks are completed on time.
• Follow Internal Procedures: Ensure compliance with internal processes and assist in improving standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain Financial Records: Ensure proper and timely filing of all financial data and documentation.
• Support the Finance Manager: Assist with local financial statements, audits, and variance analysis as required.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or its equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Oracle experience is preferred
• Able to work independently and in a team, responsible and positive work attitude
• Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure

Job Description:

• Performs data entries, prepares, and assists in day-to-day operations in accounting
• Handle payment processing by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Identify any irregularities and perform fact-checks during invoice processing.
• Participate in regular cash audits and inventory stocktakes at our retail outlets
• Perform financial-related administrative matters (proper document records keeping etc)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
• 1 year of relevant working experience (Candidates with no relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Organised, meticulous and able to work within deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and maintain all site upkeep activities (residential/commercial).

- Ensure the effective management of Common Areas through regular inspections.

- Assist the Centre Manager in preparing properties for new tenancies.

- Perform administrative, financial, and maintenance tasks.

- Conduct on-site inspections and manage development works by contractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and timely completion.

- Follow up with contractors on monthly maintenance schedules, quotations, claims, and invoicing.

- Supervise term contractors as needed.

- Raise purchase orders and monitor work progress in response to tenant/resident complaints.

- Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services.

- Respond to emergencies or incidents according to in-house apps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for escalation and response time.

- Build and manage strong client relationships.

- Handle tenant/resident complaints professionally, ensuring proper closure and communication back to the complainant.

- Propose preventive maintenance strategies.

- Prepare monthly reports for management and landlords.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Any qualification in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
• People-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Open to travel
