As a member of the Customer and Service Excellence team, you will be the bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions such as Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service. You will adopt a data-driven and community-centric approach to build and nurture hundreds of thousands of customers across their journey with GetGo.
Day to Day Activities
- Provide excellent customer service to GetGo’s customers
- Achieve meaningful objectives as part of a mission-driven and values-based organisation
- Share clear and accurate information when attending and responding to queries on GetGo’s official communication channels, including but not exclusive to live chat and emails
- Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently, and escalate issues promptly when required
- Conduct customer experience audits with customers
- Encourage and influence an excellent service mindset in the CX team and affirm positive behaviour
- Support Team Lead in the running of day-to-day operations
Who We Are Looking For
- Passionate team member who loves to serve
- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, preferably with live chat support background
- Experience using help desk software such as Intercom and/or Zendesk is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Comfortable working on weekends
