• Taking charge of the full spectrum of financial accounting across the group entities. Experience with intercompany transactions and group consolidation with foreign subsidiaries is crucial.
• Work closely with the reporting manager to review, implement and improve finance policies and internal controls, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards.
• Support and work closely with overseas counterparts in providing guidance on accounting and group policy requirements where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the team in the execution of VivoCity’s long-term digital road map and the execution of digital solutions for the automation of processes in VivoCity, including ensuring the continuity of loyalty programmes, development of systems across departments including Retail Design Management and Leasing, portals and CRM in order to increase work efficiency, competitiveness and improve the quality of the shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

• To support the martech team in all marketing technology projects, including the loyalty programme, tenant portal
• To support project development by carrying out testing, training and deployment planning prior to project roll-out
• To coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and vendors on the implementation of assigned projects
• Support the team in updating policies and compliance measures, digitization of work process across departments, executing loyalty initiatives to increase membership base and active spend.
