Main Responsibilities:

• Photography of new launches, campaigns & flat lays
• Videography of new launches & campaigns.
• Creation of storyboards for campaigns, new launches.
• Daily visual design creation across various channels.

• Assist in photoshoots, styling & planning.
• Research and propose new ways to execute creative campaigns.

Competencies:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees the effectiveness of all aspects of the housekeeping operation and other related departments.
• Meet the head of each section to ensure that daily assignments and objectives are cleared to everyone.
• Ensure that training of all staff and refresher courses for existing personnel are done regularly and effectively.
• Evaluates the performance of heads of all sections and makes sure that evaluations of other employees in Housekeeping are done fairly and objectively.
• Inspect entire hotel (& apartment premises) as frequently as possible, to ensure all areas are kept clean and in satisfactory condition.
• Spot-check vacant and occupied guest rooms, and some areas of the apartment service.
• Inspect all VIP and long-staying guest rooms.
• Maintain proper record and control procedures for lost and found items.
• Oversees the department in the absence of the Director of Rooms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Housekeeping in the 5 star environment.
• Reports to Director of Rooms or GM/HM in absence of Dir. of Rooms or superior.
• Directs and supervises activities of the Housekeeping and other related employees.
• Coordinates with other managers for all activities of the hotel.
• Interacts with clients, guests, government officials, supplies, and other important individual in the community in promoting the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) in data gathering, managing, monitoring and analysis for the projects from construction, Commissioning and operation.
• Creative content development, includes designing of proposals HSSE communications. Creation of templates to facilitate the teams in their submission of data and HSSE information.
• Support in the development of HSSE management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures.
• Interface with entities HSSE professionals & provide support and improve HSSE performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications.
• Plan and organize HSSE related activities or events to promote and educate staff on good safety culture and good work practices.
• Support Develop in house training material/video, organise and maintain records.
• Prepare or review publication materials for clear HSE matters communication with Engie staff and contractor partners workforce.
• Website and Analytics. Maintain corporate HSSE Quality website’s content for the region while ensuring that all contents are accurate and up to date.
• Develop the HSE Communications by working through HSSE teams with research and presentation activities as and when required.
• Analyse industry HSE trends to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Conduct EHS inspection when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Occupational Safety/Health or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in construction and/or manufacturing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Creative thinker with good design sense, strong visualization skills and good portfolio in multimedia design.
• Proficient in Adobe Cloud and other multimedia design tools, MS Office, particularly advanced levels in Word and PowerPoint
• Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator qualified Adv Workplace Safety and Health Certificate is an advantage
• Obtained other WSH qualification like Work At height Manager, Confined Space Assessor, WSH Risk Management qualification is an advantage
