Job Scope

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;

· Prepare timely month-end and year-end financial and management reports for subsidiaries;

· Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;

· Assist in group consolidation reports;

· Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions;

· Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, regulations as well as corporate policies.

· Liaise with auditors on audit and tax queries;

· Liaise with banks on banking transactions;

· Support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor relationships.

· Other ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

· At least 2 years of experience in accounting & finance;

· Strong understanding of accounting principles;

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment;

· Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

Responsibilities

• Providing replies and response for annual audit queries (coordination with auditor)
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements (PL/BS/CF) as well as variance analysis for major gaps
• Preparation of monthly consolidation package
• Prepare and file quarterly GST return and monthly WHT.
• Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivable
• Process supplier invoices and staff claims and prepare payments
• Prepare cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance with Global Cost Sharing Agreement.
• Ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time

General Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in accounting, finance
• 3 – 5 years of working experience in accounting
• Intermediate literacy on computer operation and computer software experience especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Experience of Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
• A test of Microsoft Excel will be conducted virtually during the first interview for commonly used excel formula for financial reporting.
• Experience in regional consolidation is a plus
• English speaking and writing skills
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders

The Executive, One-Stop is at the forefront of addressing student enquiries through diverse channels including in-person interactions at the counter, emails, and hotline. This dynamic role requires extensive engagement with students and stakeholders to swiftly resolve queries and ensure a seamless experience. The position plays a pivotal role in elevating the overall student experience, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handles 2-3 portfolios within the One-Stop including matric card collection, lost and found processes, letter of certification and certificate handover processes.
• Respond to student enquiries through diverse channels including in-person at counter and emails.
• Covers phone duty when required.
• Cultivate positive relationships with students and various stakeholders, ensuring a seamless resolution to student queries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing concerns and offering comprehensive assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall student satisfaction and contribute to a vibrant campus community.
• Elevate our knowledge base by meticulously updating knowledge articles.
• Upkeep the existing Standard Operating Procedures and proposes revision where required.

Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma in any discipline, preferably with prior experience in customer service
