About the JOB:

Customer Experience and Audit

• Plan, conduct, and facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, user surveys, and interviews.
• Create user stories, personas, and storyboards.
• Maintain, review, and create new customer journey maps to enhance corporate clients' and their online and offline experiences.
• Translate all findings and goals into actionable recommendations.
• Plan and conduct user testing or mystery shopping to audit current offerings.

Service Delivery

• Develop, implement corporate clients’ service, and feedback policies, SOPs, and workflows in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and processes to handle customer interactions and communications.
• Spearhead service excellence and sourcing training for Social & Recreational related topics
• Reinforce service excellence and operations training for the Guest Services team and lead the Guest Experience team to achieve service excellence across the Company.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in customer service and experience, and/or user experience.
• Digitally savvy with familiarity in CX/UX design, conducting UAT.
• Design thinking and customer service skills will be an advantage.
• Familiar with CRM programmes, databases, and data analytics such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint, visual presentation, and facilitation skills.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team at Chung Hwa Food Industries. As an importer and distributor in the food and beverage industry, we require a dedicated professional who can manage both financial and administrative tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Management: Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
   Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, such as journal entries and reconciliations. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
   Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
   
2. Administrative Support: Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and documentation.
   
3. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure smooth operations. Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding billing and payment matters.

· Position: Accounts Executive

· Location: North Bridge Road

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

· Perform day-to-day accounting activities

· Handle full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
