Regularly review and enhance the website's design and content to ensure it remains current, user-friendly, and effectively showcases our products or services. Implement tracking tools to monitor website performance and user engagement.

● Advertising: Strategise and oversee advertising initiatives on platforms like Little Red Book and Baidu. Focus on creating impactful ads that reach the target audience and achieve a high return on investment, all while managing and optimising the advertising budget. Regularly assess campaign performance to refine and improve future advertising efforts.

● Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to grasp current market trends and consumer preferences. Identify emerging opportunities for growth and innovation within the industry. Use insights gained to benchmark our marketing initiatives against industry standards, setting both realistic and ambitious goals.

● Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise analytical tools to track and evaluate the performance of our marketing campaigns across various channels. Analyse metrics related to social media engagement, website traffic, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Provide detailed reports to the team, translating data into actionable insights that guide the refinement of marketing strategies.

Skills and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

● At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

● Excellent writing and communication skills in both languages to effectively engage with the target market and collaborate with team members.

● Proven experience in social media management, content creation, SEO and advertising on Chinese platforms.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.

● Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a must.
