The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling export documentation, managing communication and document management processes, and ensuring proper billing for all closed jobs.

1. Manage shipping documentation formalities in regards to Port Authority / Customs / Tradenet / Portnet.
2. Ensure proper and timely billing / closing for all job files, issuance of credit note, internal expenses report by end of each month.
