We are looking to hire a Business Development Executives (BDE) to play a key role in the rapid expansion and growth of Goldbell Group. BDE will collaborate closely with both Sales and Marketing to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities for our sales organisation.

The BDE is to gain an understanding of our product, our community, our target customers, their motivations, and what makes us relevant to them. The BDE is to generate a pipeline quickly and effectively, achieving good discovery and qualification. This role involves extensive communication with prospective clients to understand their needs and determine how our solutions can meet their business challenges.

● Identifying new accounts and qualifying new inbound and outbound sales opportunities

● Run customer calls to qualify potential opportunities and set introductory meetings for the Sales team

● Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification and lead scoring

● Partnering closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts

● Develop strong sales and product knowledge

● Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential

● Update lead and prospect activity to ensure effective lead management

● Exceed monthly opportunity quota and other KPIs set by management

● Be the first point of contact for customers who need help finding solutions

● Develop your customer-centric sales skills to deliver a stellar customer experience

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree
• At least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in the tech sector
• Prior experience in pipeline building and lead qualification (Ability to drive revenue and expand client relationships in areas such as automation, robotics, and software solutions for industrial applications)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions

- Responsible with day-to-day invoicing, receipts & payments

- Assist with document collection, preliminary assessment and compilation

- Overseeing credit risk assessments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments

- Communicate with clients to secure payment for overdue invoices, escalating issues when necessary

- Work with legal or collections agencies for accounts that require further escalation

- Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding credit issues, payments, and collections

- Work closely with both Sales and Operation team

- Assist in tracking the progress of specific projects, including deadlines, deliverables, and meeting schedules

- Organise and manage files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documents are easily accessible

- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up to date

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive personal or professional information

Responsibilities:

• Industrial Trends & Insights: Analyze market trends, data, and customer insights to generate ideas for NPD.
• Product Positioning: Define competitive positioning and unique selling propositions (USP).
• NPD Leadership: Oversee the entire NPD process, from concept to completion, including reformulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead efforts with Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturers, R&D, and Quality for timely product delivery.
• Supplier Liaison: Source and coordinate with contract manufacturers and formulators; serve as the main contact for NPD discussions.
• Formula & Compliance: Review formulations and ensure ingredient/design compliance with regulations.
• Product Testing: Ensure understanding of product challenge tests, stability, and compatibility studies.
• Costing & Pricing: Research market prices, generate product costing, and propose pricing.
• Product Introduction: Conduct product training for marketing teams and sales leaders.
• Post-launch Management: Analyze product performance, manage feedback, and provide technical responses.
• CAPA Response: Address corrective and preventive actions raised by Quality.
• Standard Procedures: Contribute to and implement standard procedures aligned with industry and QMS standards.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and projects to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• Preferred Candidates with an interest in marketing within beauty, skincare, personal care, or similar industries is a plus.
