Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefit and other HR administrative duties.

1. Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
2. Assists in work pass applications and other immigration related work.
3. Assists in employment contract renewals
4. Assists in administrative work during employee onboarding and terminations.
5. Coordinate medical arrangement for foreign employees (medical check-ups for work pass, and vaccination)
6. Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
7. Assists in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees
8. Performs HR data entry relating to employee's information, training records, etc.
9. Manage and route phone calls appropriately

Job Specifications

1. Must be very strong with handling end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.
2. Possess good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
3. Proficient in MS Office Applications
4. A team player, resourceful, meticulous, able to multitask and work independently.

• Handle full set of accounts, including monthly & yearly accounting closing.
• Responsible for year-end audit including preparation of year-end audit schedules.
• Responsible for full spectrum of accounts payables, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
• Submission for quarterly GST return.
• Process petty cash float requests, staff expenses claims.
• Process monthly payroll and CPF Submission including attendance checking and overtime processing.
• HR administration such as preparing employment contracts, exit letters, foreign wokrers work pass application and renewal, leave managment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience and familiarity with F&B POS systems, QuickBooks accounting system and Info-Tech HR system would be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong team player with meticulous attention to details.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
