Summary:

5.5 days office hours

Working location: Orchard

Responsibilities:

• Perform the management of patients’ Medisave and claims, by utilising the MediClaim portal
• Perform the management of patients’ corporate insurance claims, by utilising the different corporate insurance claims portals
• Retrieval of bank statement from company’s bank account to prepare accounting related information and documents
• Preparation of accounting documents for entities in relation to ASCENT Ear Nose Throat Specialist Group
• Liaise with suppliers and customers for payment, ordering and delivery
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

- Mandarin speaking preferred, as required for communication with Chinese patients

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare/insurance industry

- Proficient in MS Office and Excel applications

- Familiar with MediClaim portal and corporate insurance claims portal

• Respond to customer emails.

• Investigate complex cases or complaints submitted by clients and provide solutions to the cases/complaints.
• Communicate effectively with clients and intermediaries to ensure a satisfactory resolution of the cases/complaints within a reasonable timeline.
• Provide regular reports on case resolutions to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Review and enhance work processes with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience.
• Work with stakeholders to implement the enhanced work processes.
