Qualifications:

• Polytechnic / Higher NITEC / Degree
• Min. 1 year working experience in AI/Chatbot development
• Knowledge in Python language and Machine Learning & Data Analytics tools such as Pandas or PowerBI will be advantageous.
• Strong in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience managing multiple projects to a deadline
• Excellent time management and organization skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounts Manager with full sets of accounts and handling month-end closing activities
• Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure seamless financial transactions
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internally
• Submit timely and accurate management and GST reports on a monthly basis
• Other administrative duties assigned

Job Descriptions:.

• Create and maintains the system’s security design for configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and tenants. This will require close coordination with both technology and business teams to identify, develop, implement, and maintain the system’s Security Matrix
• Serves as a single point of contact for system’s functional security design to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered.
• Optimize and simplify system’s security design including constant review of domain and business process security policies as well as technical elements of the system’s security framework.
• Partners with Risk & Compliance Team in the response to audit requirements concerning system’s security configuration.
• Proactively performs regular security audits to ensure compliance with data management policies and protocols.
• Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy.
• Stay abreast of system’s customer alerts and product releases that impact security.
• Actively participate and perform relevant activities in the Release Management process.
• Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience Internal
• Minimum 3 to 4 years total HR SaaS implementation/maintenance experience such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors
• Capable of understanding business requirements from non-IT stakeholders, and translating requirements to solution capabilities
