Job Overview: As our Centre Management Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of our bustling coding school. Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact at our front counter, handling customer service queries via Whatsapp, WebChat, Telegram, FB Chat, Emails, Phone, and Walk-ins with charm and efficiency.
• Coordinate student enrollments and class administration, including schedule management, fee calculations, and seamless communication with customers, parents, and our teaching team.
• Ensure our centre is a welcoming, clean, and organized space that both students and teachers love.
• Dive into marketing activities, helping to identify new opportunities and manage our digital presence on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Proactively contribute to enhancing our operational efficiency and overall success.

Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Deal with clients and ship-owners relating to post-fixtures, ensure proper follow-up and update on daily operations .
• Handle dry cargo loading and discharging operational & document procedures.
• Resolve disputes, negotiate costs and handle claims between clients and ship-owners
• Have knowledge/experience of shipboard operation, cargo loading and disputes
• Have knowledge of different Charter party, laytime and some trading / legal terms.
• Report to the Head of Operations on all operational activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder with 1-2 years of related working experience in marine industry (Dry cargo / Ship-owner).
• Candidates with more than 3-4 years’ experience in Dry cargo operations, will be considered for a senior position
• Able to work independently, responsible and manage multiple priorities
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely chartering of suitable vessel and monitor vessel’s position, movement and cargo loading / discharging processes
• Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain excellent relationships with ship-owners / brokers / principals / clients
• Develop, negotiate and ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all finalized terms and charter party with owners
• Analyze market information, trends and development

Requirements:

• Candidates with few years of working experience in ship-chartering / operation / brokering are preferred
• Fresh graduates in Maritime studies are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• An independent individual with initiative and able to work well under pressure

Assist in all accounting matters

1. Processing and recording transactions invoice and payment vouchers to customers and suppliers
2. Answer and direct company phone calls and attend to the Goods Receivable
3. Issue quotation, tax invoice, Purchase Orders
4. Preparing reports, filing, and other duties, as needed
5. Track and manage petty cash transactions
6. Proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Office
7. Will to learn Saga UBS Accounting software

Assist in all Involved in HR duties

• Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
• To send workers for medical examination for work permit application and renewal
• Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and security bond purchase
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure accuracy of candidate records
• To assist in the consolidation of employment documentation (e.g., contract, appraisals, letters, onboarding and offboarding documents)
