Key Responsibilities:

Individual to be involved in:

1. Responsible for the proposal, coordination and execution of all marketing and communications activities.

2. Manage the Commercial Marketing and Communications team, including performance management, development planning and operational management.

3. Work with individual commodity sales and marketing teams to develop commodity specific marketing and communications strategies

4. Work with the Sales and Marketing and Brand and Reputations team to monitor competitor/industry trends and customer research in order to help shape our performance assessment and future strategy.

5. Manage resource requirement through engagement with external agencies / contracting resources

6. Assist in development of new campaign for brand with new, creative and exciting ideas

7. Proactively identify, write and edit engaging content for a variety of offline and online channels

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Project Management, Planning and Data Analytics. Less experienced candidates may be considered for appointment as Manager
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills as you will be working closely with stakeholders from different backgrounds and with different roles and levels of seniority
• Exceptional customer service skills, focus and commitment
