MAIN TASK

As Store Manager the person will manage day by day operations in the Singapore Store.

According to the Marketing and Sales Strategy the daily tasks will include sales responsibilities, showroom management as well as events management.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Customer management

• Welcome and engage every guest providing the best customer experience.

• Manage or assist the showroom walk-ins, supporting the team with showroom visits previously booked.

• Work with Business developers to constantly increase the traffic within the Store.

• Report precisely daily activities, register visitors and leads through CRM system (Sales Force).

Showroom Management

• Maintain the showroom and the services offered with the high company standards and values.

• Ensure the Showroom is always in perfect condition (clean and tidy)

• Organize, manage, and supervise the showroom’s maintenance together with the local suppliers.

• Manage the Marketing tools and ensure their constant availability through a dedicated inventory to be kept always updated (catalogues, samples, folders, branded gadgets).

• keep he space always updated and upgraded with the last merchandising & marketing set-up.

• Assisting in the development of the presentation for the renovation, based on the Company indication.

• Support the management of the main social media channels and local adv campaigns.

• Report daily activities through the CRM system (Sales Force).

Event Management

• Plan and organize event in advance respecting theme and budget assigned.

• Be responsible for the execution of the event according to company standards and Values (invitations, catering, logistics, adv, mailing.)

Admin/Desk Office activities

• Manage the general email account and phone and Whatsapp contact.

• Support the sales team by preparing samples and the relative shipments (either locally or oversea) for Customer , Architect Studios, Design Studios, Contractors, Developers.

MUST HAVE

• Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Economics

• Experience in retail/product promotion and showroom management

• Fluent English for handling English speaking people ; other language will be at advantage as need to interact with counter part in Italy

About The Role:

This role’s main scope is to oversee operational activities at every level of an organization. Their duties include scheduling of manpower resources, maintaining inventory and supply chain network. The operation manager needs to have understanding and knowledge of SCBA and ensure good HSE practice in the workplace. This position reports direct to Sales director.

Responsibilities:

· Inventory management and maintain good supply chain network

Manage and support development and enhancements of Silver Generation Division (SGD) related Systems and Applications

• Review systems for continuous process improvements and provide inputs to system vendor based on end users’ feedback.
• Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure new functionalities are sufficient and working properly to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate SGD’s User Access Management (UAM) to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding to the system.
• Create and disseminate internal communications on system related matters to Satellite Offices.

Manage operations workflow and processes to support HQ and Satellite Offices’ ground operations

• Develop, review and improve work processes to support 17 Satellite Offices in executing daily operations smoothly.
• Develop, disseminate and document operational and schemes instructions/ processes to Satellite Offices.
• Plan, implement and support major SGD projects and pilots with a short timeline.
• Work with other HQ functions to implement data collection, progress tracking and analysis of data for projects.

Manage and support Satellite Offices, AIC Divisions and partners in initiatives to drive social-health integration outcomes at HQ level

• Develop, review and improve work processes to support 17 Satellite Offices, AIC Divisions and partners in new and ongoing initiatives.
• Develop, disseminate and document operational instructions/ processes of the initiatives to Satellite Offices.
• Work with Satellite Offices, AIC Divisions and partners to implement data collection, progress tracking and analysis of data for the initiatives.

Provide administrative and logistics support for Satellite Offices’ daily operations at HQ level

• Plan and coordinate timely administrative and logistical support for Satellite Offices.
• Support finance manager and perform monthly audit checks OPA preparation and payments.
• Support administrative duties assigned at HQ level.

Manage and provide support on AIC schemes-related matters and other related nationwide projects

• Ensure timely communication to Satellite Offices on schemes related matters.
• Ensure that process is applicable to Satellite Offices’ daily operations and work with organisation/AIC division administering the scheme to customise for SGD’s purposes.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in any discipline, healthcare, social work or counselling related field will be an advantage
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in healthcare, social services or community engagement. Candidates with no relevant experience may apply too.

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the respective assigned 4 - 6 outlets as well as to maximise the sales and optimise profits. He/ she has to build positive business relationship with the Outlet-in-Charge and Team.

Main Responsibilities:

1) Sales & Business Results

• Consult and is accountable for creating a positive work environment while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Direct Supervisor and Store Teams to create and accomplish business, in terms of QSC, Sales, People and Profits objectives.
• Oversee and manage all areas of assigned outlets and make decisions on matters pertaining to assigned outlets.
• Use all informational resources available such as P&L and Customer Feedbacks information, etc, to identify opportunities and threats to build a business plan to optimize potential.
• Monitor and analyse outlets’ business results. Self-initiate and periodically develop business plan to improve stores’ results.
• Hold Monthly Area Meeting with all Outlets-In-Charge to account for business results, discuss over people development or movement and to update the team on the company and area directions or initiatives.
• Develop, execute and follow up stores’ action plans in term of People, Food Safety, QSC, Sales and Profit.

2) Safety & QSC

• Support, coach and consult teams to produce consistently high levels of QSC, safety and sanitization standards and guidelines.
• Submit Incident Report inclusive of actions taken for customers’ feedbacks and any stores’ incidents timely according to company guidelines.
• Ensure stores’ food products and ingredients store, use and sell according to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines.
• Demonstrates and reinforces behaviors to gain commitment from Crew to Outlet Leadership Team to deliver Excellent QSC standards.

3) People

• Support, coach, consult Store-In-Charge to develop recruitment and training plan so that stores are appropriately staffed with competent staff and management team.
• Select, interview, hire, conduct On-Job-Evaluations (if necessary) and train direct reports based on areas’ needs and goals.
• Know, enforce, educate and consult with all staff on all appropriate HR policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and gives input based on defined goals and objectives for each direct managers and staff.
• Ensures that individual development plans for service & kitchen team to Outlet Managers are implemented as per guidelines or/ and plans.

4) Administrative and others

• Conduct Cash Audit and Food Safety and QSC Audit on the assigned stores at least once per assigned outlets on monthly basis. Coach and develop action plan with stores’ leaders.
• Review and ensure outlets’ Month-end administration and submission is timely and accurately.
• Ensure stores perform daily sales deposit, shift control, inventory ordering, petty cash reimbursement and other tasks in accordance to standards timely and consistently.
• Submit and present monthly operations sales, accountability and action plan report.
