• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form,
• Check mock-ups done on site and off site, where necessary,
• Conduct inspection and check as required under Authority Operational and Safety requirements.
• Conduct compliance check on the implementation of mitigating measures in method statement, risk assessment and DfS register.
• Ensure that records of all civil and structural engineering works, mechanical and engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material and equipment on site, safety, etc, are updated in a timely manner and properly kept,
• Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done including records of tests, inspections, status of work, variation works, tests, inspections, work progress, safety, site diary, material on site and equipment on site, labour force, day works, provisional items or provisional quantities etc,

Responsibilities

• Data entry; Performing insurance claims reconciliations and resolving payment discrepancies, Produce monthly revenue closing reports
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure accuracy of information and prevent any lapse in submission etc
• To maintain claims records and files for audit purposes; To comply accordance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
• To have timely follow-up with healthcare providers and business partners for claims related matters; Ensuring payment are received promptly
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least "Nitec"/ Relevant Professional Certificates
• Preferably to have Accounting background. Training will be provided.

Requirements
