• Candidate must possess minimum Higher NITEC / Technical Diploma in Instrumentation / Engineering or equivalent, or Higher Technical education.
• Possess relevant experience and technical knowledge in calibration/testing services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Words) for data management and processing.
• Commit to meet KPIs, team work, and perform some OT as required.
• Able to interact well with customers, colleagues and with the management team.
• Possess Class-3 driving license and/or Motor-cycle license is added advantage
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice is preferred

Job Description

• Responsible for the full set of accounts of multiple clients and other matters relating to the respective set of accounts.
• Ensure accounts are closed on time and according to the agreed date for submission to clients for the monthly meeting.
• Ensure accounting records and treatment comply with SOP and Accounting Standards.
• General billing to be sent to sub-proprietors and relevant parties within the stipulated timeline.
• Timely update of receipts to send monthly statements and reminders to sub-proprietor within deadlines.

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure with sometimes tight reporting timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and other related IT programs.

Responsibilities

• The WSHO/M is responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the Safety, Health and Environmental matters in the project.
• Liaise closely with the Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
• Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/ practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance
• Preparation and submission of reports
• Ensure safe work procedures implemented to control risk.

Requirements

• Registered with MOM as WSHO, ECO
• At least 5 years of experience as a WSH Officer with LTA projects.
• WSHM should have at least 10 years post registration of relevant experience, including overseeing the environmental management on site.
• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
• Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree
