• Responsible for all aspects of AR functions.
• Liaising with internal staff for application of invoices with collections.
• Record of export bills from customers.
• Review AR aging report and prepare monthly sales & AR reports.
• Handle customer creation in the accounting system.
• Maintain cashbook for transactions and perform month end reconciliation.
• Maintain fixed deposit schedule and prepare journal entries in accounting system.
• Record and maintain trade finance transactions in Excel.
• Checking invoices for trading transactions and perform posting of invoices into accounting system.
• Prepare quarterly management reports for the banks.
• Prepare GST filing and creation of GST Form 5.
• Prepare audit schedule.
• Prepare statistics survey for government as and when required.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, especially in accounts receivable (AR) function.
• Knowledge of trade finance will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to join immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Daily update of bank book.
• Report daily bank balance to regional team and update weekly forecast.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Perform AP functions including data entry for vendor bills, process bill payments and vendor SOA reconciliations on monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly and weekly AR aging report and monitor receivable collections.
• Update of petty cash record.
• Prepare required journal entries to facilitate monthly accounting closure.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and update P&L schedules.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.
• Assist in annual audit matters.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

What we look for:

• At least 1 year experience in Accounting
• Experience with NetSuite system and CargoWise system will be advantageous

• Sales experience: Answering enquiries and converting to paying clients
• Manage Walk-ins, Emails and Phone Enquiries.
• Follow Up with Therapy Sessions
• Finance Matters, Invoicing and receipts.
• Managing of Therapy Materials
• Coordinating and attending Weekly Meetings, taking minutes.
• Organizing and categorizing of paperwork, documents and computer- based information.
• Manage stocks inventory
• Assisting in Event Management and organizing workshops/ seminars.
• House Keeping making sure the cleanliness and upkeep of the Centre.
