Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounts for the Salon/Clinic, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee daily cash operations and petty cash management, contributing to ongoing enhancements in cash management processes.
• Process expenses, staff reimbursements, payments, and claims efficiently.
• Generate timely and precise daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain comprehensive stock records to ensure inventory completeness.
• Reconcile Inter-Company Accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Prepare schedules, post journals, and assist in the creation of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance and timely submission of corporate and income tax filings.
• Provide assistance and advice on financial management matters.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, company secretary, tax agents, government associations, and other relevant entities concerning reporting issues.
• Undertake any additional tasks or ad hoc duties as delegated by management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years or above working experience as a full set of accounts
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Business related or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Plato, and Xero will be considered an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handle partial to full-sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system.

· AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.

· AR duties include monitoring aging report, sending Statement of Accounts, following-up on outstanding debts and recording incoming payment.

· Handle funding claims and audit support.

· Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book.

· GST filings preparation.

· Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions.

· Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting related matters.

· Cross-functional support on adhoc reports and / or accounting matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

· 1-3 Years of Experience.

· Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with construction accounts management is plus

· 5 days work week
