Position Overview

This position is responsible for reporting and reconciling our E-Store accounts on a worldwide basis.  This involves working with very large Excel spreadsheets, so excel experience is required, with V-Look up skills. Ensures timely and accurate reconciliations and cash postings.  Assists in the generation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports.  Creates and posts journal entries.  Ensures month end / quarter end close deadlines are met.   

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of E-Store accounts.  Compare their billing reports to what is posted in Autodesk’s system.  Identifying any differences, and work to resolve them
• Apply payment to the E-Store accounts.  Identify any discrepancies and work with other teams to resolve them
• Assist with the close for the regional entity and consolidated as needed
• Preparation of internal reports
• Assistance in the preparation of management reports and audit schedules.
• Participate on special projects to automate cash application world wide and to streamline other AR processes
• Implement and document processes and procedures as required
• Interact with treasury, sales support, customers, customer service, revenue accounting, customer financial services, and outsource vendors
• Represents the Company and the department in day-to-day activities with both internal and external auditors, providing documentation as required, and information regarding the status / activities relating to accounts under review
• Process cash receipts timely and accurately (lockbox, checks, wires)
• Identify and correct invoices that have not posted to accounting

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer contributes actively to the programme needs of MINDS Future Care Planning (FCP) Services under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS).  CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that responds to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. The programme executive will work in synergy with various direct community services to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

 He/she will be involved in the planning, coordinating and executing of programme events and activities that suit the needs of families of persons with intellectual and developmental needs. He/she will contribute actively to FCP Services and work with team to ensure the efficient running of FCP programmes which will include working with caregivers on planning for the future, life coaching and life planning. He/she will also assist the team in developing and enhancing MINDS online future planning website (FutureReady by MINDS).

The candidate will be part of the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study team, a flagship Singapore population health study jointly conducted by LKCMedicine, National Healthcare Group and Imperial College of London. We aim to profile the health and behavior of up to 10,000 people from the general Singapore population over the next few years. We are conducting (1) surveys on health, lifestyle and dietary habits, (2) physical and functional measurements (e.g. anthropometry, strength, exercise test, spirometry, ECG, optical imaging and pulse wave velocity) and (3) biomarkers for chronic diseases.

The candidate will play a key role mainly in, but not limited to, the following roles:

• Take participants’ informed consent for study, verify eligibility and systematically performing drug and supplement verification.

Executive/ Senior Executive, Clinical Research Officer (Biobanking) in the Health Screening Centre

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for a full-time Executive/ Senior Executive, Clinical Research Officer (Biobanking) for the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study. This study is undertaken jointly by LKCMedicine, National Healthcare Group and Imperial College of London (www.healthforlife.sg). It aims to profile the health and behaviour of people from the general Singapore population. The scope of the study is segmented into (1) surveys on health, lifestyle and dietary habits, (2) physical and functional measurements (e.g. anthropometry, grip strength, exercise test, spirometry, ECG, optical imaging and pulse wave velocity) and (3) investigating biomarkers for chronic diseases. We have just received funding for Phase 2 of the study and are expanding our biobanking team to allow the study to reach out to more people.

The Clinical Research Officer will play a key role in supporting the study, mainly in, but not limited to, the following roles:

• Receive and process biological samples for banking purposes; with accuracy and in a timely manner without compromising sample quality.

• Assist in frozen sample retrieval and sorting.

• Perform nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) extraction and quantification.

• Perform daily routine measurements on analytical systems.

• Monitor quality standards by verifying equipment function through routine equipment maintenance, running daily quality controls and calibrations.

• Perform general administrative work such as tracking the supply of daily consumables and coordinate with vendors/suppliers on procurement matters.

Jal Yoga International is a well established Yoga studio that has 6 studios around Singapore offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes an expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta, Indonesia. We are looking for an individual who are mature and responsible who is able to handle both the studio branch and our valued customers.

Responsibilities

- Receiving members/visitors and assisting with checking in of the Yoga classes

- Attending to phone calls, emails

- Handle bookings, cancellations, and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors

- Collection of payments over the counter and able to use the NETS/VISA and other payment machines

- Admin duties such as Sales tracking reports, handles monthly consumables, late cancellations and No Shows reports etc.. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel.

- All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

- Maintaining studio cleanliness, sanitising mats and props after each class ends. No allergies to disinfectants or any cleaning products

Requirements

- Highly energetic individuals, cheerful personality with a strong interest in the wellness industry

- Professional, strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Must be fully committed and reliable as you will be handling the front desk alone

- Love meeting people and interacting. Not shy and bubbly personality

- Basic computer skills

- Candidates with relevant qualifications, customer service/hospitality background, with experience in handling front desk and admin duties.

Working hours 7am-1pm Mon-Fridays.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Liaise closely with Senior Manager, EHS (Environment Health Safety) and Head of Project to develop, implement, maintain, and improve EHS Management Systems and safety culture at project level.
• Lead daily toolbox meeting, safety meetings, safety inspections, safety training and all other EHS initiatives or activities to maintain a high level of safety at work site.
• Monitor and take disciplinary actions against unsafe acts/conditions on project site to comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation.
• Responsible for accident reporting and investigations including near misses and any industrial disease cases at work site.
• Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities.

REQUIREMENT

• Must be a registered WSHO with the relevant authorities with at least 5 years’ of relevant working experience in a construction firm
• Other pre-requisites are excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Willing to work night shift on rotation basis will be added advantage

You MUST have -
