· Regularly check and update stock levels to ensure accurate inventory management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

· Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin to effectively communicate with our logistics counterparts/partners in China.

· Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.

· Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock management, quotation preparation, and billing processes.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact professionally with customers.

· Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in using computer software and systems for order processing, billing, and generating sales reports.

Job Description:

• Assist RE/Consultant Team to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to RE/Consultant Team
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Estimated commencement of work in October 2024

Job Requirement:

• ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate
• Minimum 5 years working experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Preferably with experiences in Institution projects.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
